Request Account & Data Deletion
At Eduwings Global LLC, we value your privacy and your right to control your personal data. If you no longer wish to use the Eduwings app, you can request the complete deletion of your account and all associated data.
Important: Deleting your account is a permanent action. All your profile information, course data, AI chat history, and preferences will be permanently erased and cannot be recovered.
Method 1: Delete directly within the Eduwings App
The fastest way to delete your account is directly inside the app:
- Open the Eduwings app and log in to your account.
- Navigate to the Profile or Settings menu.
- Tap on "Delete Account".
- Confirm your choice. Your account and data will be immediately and permanently removed from our active databases.
Method 2: Request Deletion via Email
If you no longer have the app installed or cannot access your account, you can submit a manual deletion request to our support team.
- Send an email to our support team using the email address associated with your Eduwings account.
- Please include the subject line: "Account Deletion Request".
- In the body, clearly state that you would like your account and all associated data deleted.
We will process your request and securely delete your data within 7-14 business days. We will send you a final confirmation email once the process is complete.
